Refund Policy

At Bharat Signage, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized signage, branding, and advertising solutions tailored specifically to your business needs. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
❌ No Refunds – Custom Work Policy
All orders placed with Bharat Signage are considered final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Outdoor signage
- Digital printing
- Branding installations
- Design services
- Fabrication work
- Custom promotional items
Once an order is confirmed, resources, time, and materials are immediately allocated to your project. Therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Delays due to external approvals, client-side revisions, or miscommunication
- Discrepancies caused by incorrect inputs provided by the client
- Project cancellation initiated by the client
🧾 Advance Payments Are Non-Refundable
Any advance, deposit, or full payment made towards any project or quotation is non-refundable. These funds are used to initiate production, reserve materials, and allocate manpower.
🔄 Project Adjustments (Instead of Refunds)
While refunds are not offered, we may, at our discretion, consider reasonable adjustments or corrections within the scope of the original agreement if:
- There is a genuine production error from our side
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery/installation
- The client has followed the design proof approval protocol correctly
Note: Any change requests outside the approved scope will be treated as a new task and billed separately.
📦 Returns Not Accepted
Since all signage and branding products are made-to-order, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. Once delivered or installed, all products are deemed accepted by the client.
